Over 90% of American households own at least one car, and all cars require maintenance. Jiffy Lube wants to position themselves as the go-to for all car maintenance needs, but doesn't know how to authentically engage with their wide range of customers.
To produce relevant and engaging social content for Jiffy Lube, I developed unique copy for each social platform that addressed specific native user archetypes. This language not only included a familiar tone, but also accounted for each user's place in the marketing funnel.
