To address this challenge, we created the Enhanced Patient Support Program (EPSP) website — a user-friendly, engaging, and supportive online journey that:

• Ensures that the content reflected a warm, supportive tone that would make patients feel comfortable and excited to sign up and engage with the program.
• Clearly outlines each step of the EPSP journey, making it easy for patients to understand and follow.
• Incorporates elements of reward and encouragement to motivate patients as they progress from one phase to the next.

• Interactive Modules: Modules designed to guide patients through their treatment journey, complete with engaging visuals and interactive elements.
